I have sold these peanut pillows for comfort for 30 years in my office. But I finally found out how they work when I started to use one 4 years ago myself. I was miserable with radiating pain down my arm from a pinched nerve in my neck and had been for 4 weeks. A side sleeper, I could only sleep on my back for over a month on my regular support pillow. When I tried the peanut pillow, I could suddenly sleep in any position.
