I purchased down pillows from Guildcraft 18 years ago and only recently was feeling that they were a bit wimpy. I contacted Guildcraft and spoke to Carolyn who offered me a few alternatives. In the end she and Cindy added some additional down to my pillows and mailed them back to me in a very timely fashion.

It is like a brand new 100% goose down pillow that I’m sure will see me through retirement!
