I purchased down pillows from Guildcraft 18 years ago and only recently was feeling that they were a bit wimpy. I contacted Guildcraft and spoke to Carolyn who offered me a few alternatives. In the end she and Cindy added some additional down to my pillows and mailed them back to me in a very timely fashion.

It is like a brand new 100% goose down pillow that I’m sure will see me through retirement!

Are down and feathers in this down ethically sourced?

Yes, our pillow is filled with ethically sourced 700+ loft Canadian Hutterite white goose down, known for its superior quality and comfort. It’s also hypoallergenic.

How do I determine the right size of a down comforter for my bed?

Your duvet should hang generously over the sides of your bed, covering the gap where the mattress meets the box spring. We recommend measuring the width & depth of your mattress, and adding a few inches to account for shrinkage, and either side puffing up. Find more info here.

How often should I wash my down duvet?

To keep your down duvet fresh and in great condition, it's recommended to wash it every 6 months. However, if you use a duvet cover and wash that regularly, you might only need to clean the duvet itself once a year. Always follow the care label instructions, and consider professional cleaning for best results, as down can be delicate.

Which duvet weight should I choose?

Light-weight duvets are perfect for hot sleepers and warmer climates. Try the Summer weight, designed specifically for hot weather for even cooler sleep.

Warm, light and comfortable

Light yet warm

Definitely recommend this Canadian high-quality brand, we have had great nights of sleep since we started using this goose-down duvet. I’m not a cold sleeper so I chose the lightweight and it was the best decision for me and my wife. Just ordered another for our guest room.
