I purchased down pillows from Guildcraft 18 years ago and only recently was feeling that they were a bit wimpy. I contacted Guildcraft and spoke to Carolyn who offered me a few alternatives. In the end she and Cindy added some additional down to my pillows and mailed them back to me in a very timely fashion.
It is like a brand new 100% goose down pillow that I’m sure will see me through retirement! It was a pleasure to work with both of these ladies and I can assure you anything you purchase here will not disappoint! Also feels great to support LOCAL and CANADIAN🇨🇦. This company is definitely 5 ⭐️
