A few years ago I bought a couple pillows for the cottage, along with a duvet and this summer we noticed some feathers were escaping through some of the seams. I called them and they asked me to drop them off for repair and I did.
The next day they called and told me that they were going to replace the pillows with no charge to us!!!!! WHAT AMAZING SERVICE! We won't shop for draperies, pillows or duvets anywhere else!
